Richard L. Phipps

Richard has over 15 years of experience administering computer systems of various types. He is primarily responsible for maintaining middleware, operating system, hardware, and various application layer components supporting Internet-related services. Prior to becoming a systems administrator, he worked as an instrumentation and process control technician for over five years. Richard holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Business Management and multiple GIAC computer security certifications.
